The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern your access and use of our online platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). All payments for the Platform are processed by Bloom Processing LLC, with its payment address at 30 N Gould St, STE #53088, Sheridan, WY, 82801, USA. The Platform, its affiliates, partners, representatives, employees, and contractors (hereinafter referred to as TripSniper, "We", "Our", or "Us") provide you (hereinafter referred to as "You", "Your", "User", or "Users") with access to the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TripSniper AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TripSniper AI provides an AI-powered flight search and comparison service. We aggregate flight information from various sources to help you find and compare flight options.

IMPORTANT: TripSniper is NOT a travel agency, airline, or booking platform. We do not take flight bookings directly. Instead, we are a flight deal aggregation platform that searches for the best available flight options and routes you to third-party booking providers (such as airlines, online travel agencies, and booking platforms) where you can complete your purchase at the cheapest possible fare.

When you book a flight through one of our partner booking providers, you are entering into a separate contract with that third-party provider. TripSniper is not responsible for the booking, ticketing, or fulfillment of travel services. Any issues with bookings, cancellations, or refunds for flights must be handled directly with the booking provider you selected.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. When you subscribe to our service:

• Subscription Service: By subscribing, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription service that will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The subscription will continue until you cancel it.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Introductory Offers: Any special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers are valid only for the first billing period of your subscription. After the first billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price.
• Cancellation Process: You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
  • Logging into your account at tripsniper.ai and following the cancellation process in your Profile page
  • If you are unable to log in or cancel through the website, you may contact our support team at support@tripsniper.ai. We will process your cancellation request within 48 hours of receiving it.
  Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the start of each period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Charges will appear on your billing statement as TripSniper.ai.
• Price Changes: Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
• Payment Issues: If your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate your subscription after multiple failed attempts.

IMPORTANT: By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the regular price after any introductory offer period ends, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to copy, duplicate, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
• Violate the intellectual property rights of TripSniper or others

Third-Party Services and Bookings

The Service contains links to third-party websites and booking services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party booking services is subject to their terms and policies. When you click through to book a flight with a third-party provider, you are agreeing to that provider's terms of service, privacy policy, and booking conditions. All transactions, refunds, cancellations, and customer service for flights must be handled directly with the booking provider.

TripSniper does not process flight bookings, hold inventory, or have access to your payment information when you book through third-party providers. We simply provide search and comparison tools to help you find the best deals.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Flight prices and availability shown are for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time data. Always verify details with the booking platform.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPSNIPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TripSniper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
