For refunds or changes to actual flight bookings, you must contact the third-party booking provider (airline, travel agency, or booking platform) where you completed your purchase.

When you subscribe to TripSniper AI:

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Introductory Offers: Any special pricing or promotional offers are valid only for the first billing period. After that, your subscription renews at the regular price.
  • Billing Statement: Charges will appear on your billing statement as TripSniper.ai.
  • Payment Processor: All payments are processed by Bloom Processing LLC.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure you have confidence in our service. This guarantee is designed to protect you if our service fails to deliver its core functionality or doesn't meet your expectations.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund of your TripSniper AI subscription fee within 30 days of purchase if:

  • Our service fails to operate or provide the core functionality as described
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents the service from working, and our support team is unable to resolve it
  • You are not satisfied with the service for any reason within the first 30 days

IMPORTANT: This refund policy covers only your TripSniper AI subscription fees. TripSniper does not process or handle flight bookings. Any refunds, cancellations, or changes to actual flight tickets must be requested directly from the airline or booking provider where you completed your purchase.

When Refunds Do NOT Apply

The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • The refund request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
  • You have violated our terms of service
  • You have previously received a refund for the same subscription period

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your TripSniper AI subscription at any time. Here's how:

Cancel via Email:

What Happens After Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the TripSniper AI service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. Any saved searches and preferences will remain in your account.

Note: Cancelling your TripSniper AI subscription does not affect any flight bookings you may have made through third-party providers. To modify or cancel flight reservations, contact the airline or booking provider directly.
